No notifications from inkbird app

If the push function of other devices is normal, theoretically INT-14-BW can also trigger push notifications.
May I know if INT-14-BW is connected to INKBIRD app via Bluetooth or WIFI?
If it is Bluetooth connection, it will be affected by the Bluetooth distance. If it exceeds the Bluetooth connection distance, it will not send push notifications. I am not sure if this is the reason.
If it is WIFI connection, please provide your country, phone model, and INT-14-BW device ID to email support@inkbird.com. This will help engineers conduct targeted investigations.

I have had an issue with the app not notifying me of high temperature alerts, and tried everything suggested here. I emailed support stating what I had done and got this response. This didn’t work for me, BUT what did, was turning back on Inkbird push notifications in setting in the Me page.
