In the phone settings, turn on the permissions of the INKBIRD app. Turn on the ringtone, vibration and notification, and turn off the do not disturb function.
In the INKBIRD app settings, notification functions are turned on. Then please log in to the INKBIRD app again.
If you enter ME - Message Center, is there a record of the alarm not being triggered? If not, please make sure the alarm is set correctly.
If it still doesn’t work, please provide your country, phone model, product model, alarm settings screenshot, and device ID to emailsupport@inkbird.com.
