Alarm notifications not working

I had a near miss with the temperature of my fish tank and the alarm feature never notified me. The notifications on my iPhone are all on and the temperature ranges are set in the app (see attached). The INKBIRD app does show the alarm symbol, but I need an audible alarm when the temperature goes outside the set range. Does anyone have a fix for this issue with the IBS-TH2 and IBS-M1 WiFi?

Hello,
Sorry, due to iOS system limitations, if an alarm is triggered, the INKBIRD app will push a notification. It does not have a continuous alarm function.
