Itc-308 audible alarms or notifications

Does anybody know , when setting high /low temp alarm is there a way to get an audible alert on my phone ? All I seem to get is if I’m in the inkbird app I can see it flashing AL but no pop up alerts or audible alerts . The dam meat probes give me 50 different alerts and alarms each time I use them. Lol

Hello,
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the INKBIRD app.
Just in case, please make sure the following are enabled:
Please make sure that the alarm setting is done through the device’s own function, not through the Smart function.
Please check:

  1. In the phone settings, turn on the permissions of the INKBIRD app. Turn on the ringtone, vibration and notification, and turn off the do not disturb function.
  2. In the INKBIRD app settings, notification functions are turned on.
  3. Please enable INKBIRD push notification through INKBIRD app - ME - Personal Information.

  4. If you enter ME - Message Center, is there a record of the alarm not being triggered? If not, please make sure the alarm is set correctly.

Please log out and log in to INKBIRD app. Please test the device again, will there be a notification push?
If it still doesn’t work, Please provide the following information to email support@inkbird.com:
·your country
· phone model
·ITC-308-WIFI device ID.

Tried all the above with the exception of the first instructions, when u say trigger alarm with devices own function, and not smart function are you meaning don’t trigger the alarm in the app settings but physically set alarm on unit too trigger .? This is the only thing I haven’t tried . I have done everything else and get the alarm to trigger but no push notifications or sound alerts . I will pho try to set it on device and see if it pushes a alert to iPhone XR iOS 16.3

All good now had to go in app settings profile turn push notifications on and also physically set an alarm to trigger on controller .got alert and audio on phone now and on controller. Thank you for the help .
