Q: The IBT-4XS can not connect to the phone and requires a PIN code

A: There is no need to enter the pairing code when you connected it. You just need to turn on the Bluetooth and connect the APP. You don’t need to enter the Bluetooth matching interface. Could you please try to open the GPS permission?

Then, 1.open the APP; 2.turn on the thermometer; 3.plug the sensor. It will show ‘start’ under the phone screen. Press the ‘start’, the Bluetooth icon on the thermometer will flash. Then press the button of the thermometer, it will show ‘done’ under the phone screen. 4. If still does not work, please uninstall the app and reinstall it.

Hi, I’m stuck with pairing it with my Samsung running on Android 10. I’ve tried so many times now. I’m not sure but could it be that I don´t have the “Allow all the time” option available just “Deny” and, “Allow while Application is in use”?

It works perfectly on my sons One+ phone.

Hi, problem finally solved. Information for others with the same issue. Install the app. Start the app. Allow location. Restart your phone. Then relaunch the app. Then the app linked it.
