Can't pair any longer the Bluetooth Smart Sensor ITH-12S

Hello,

I can’t put my Bluetooth Smart Sensor ITH-12S in Pairing mode. I can’t find the sensor when trying to pair it. The manual is not helping.

Any tips?

Hello,
Please check if the Bluetooth of ITH-12S is turned on.
Please refer to this troubleshooting post. The ITH-12S uses the Engbird app, which requires the same settings on the phone.
