IBS-P01/B Problems

Unable to get a bluetooth device to show on my Engbird app. only says device not found.

Please make sure that the model you buy is IBS-P01B (there will be a Bluetooth logo on the screen), not IBS-P01.

Hi, I recently purchased this unit and having similar problems with connectivity.
The app is installed. Bluetooth is turned I on my phone with all settings correct, yet it cannot detect the device.
I have uninstalled the app, removed the batteries, yet still no luck.
Is there a way to reset the unit, or is there a Bluetooth button on the unit say like a speaker?

May I know the APP you are using is Engbird app?
Sorry it doesn’t have a Bluetooth button.
Please check its screen, is there a Bluetooth logo?

I am using the Inkbird app as seen below. There is a Bluetooth symbol on the screen unit.

Please check if the phone’s location function is also turned on?
Please make sure that the permissions about INKBIRD APP are turned on in the settings of your phone.
If using INKBIRD APP, please connect it via INKBIRD APP - IBS-THS model.
Can it work?
