I just received my INT-14-BW unit and only slot #1 will charge without being pushed.
I guess I will have to exchange/return, but wanted to make sure there wasn’t some other trick to this.
To be clear: no matter what probe I put in slot #1, it will say charging on in the app and dashes on the unit. If I push the other probes into the charger, then it starts charging.

INT-14-BW is that no matter which probe is put into which charging slot, they are all chargeable.
For example, if probe 1 is placed into charging slot 2, the status of probe 1 will show charging status.
It’s just that if the probe appears to be offline it needs to be placed in the correctly coded charging slot for it to reconnect.
