I have a INT-14-BW/INT-14S-BW only one probe will pair. Probe 2 pair and reads and shows charging the other probes 1, 3, 4 will not pair and do not show charging on base or app. Yes I have tried probe 2 in the other slots and it shows as charging

Sorry for the delayed response due to recent busy work schedules.
If probe 2 charges normally in all charging slots during testing, its base is functioning properly.
To verify issues with probes 1, 3, and 4, if they have been used for cooking, ensure the stainless steel probe is fully inserted into the meat, reaching or exceeding the mark. It should not be exposed to direct air, as excessive ambient temperature may damage the probe.
Offline probes can also be re-paired through the app: Place the offline probes in the charging case for 15 minutes to ensure they are charged. Then, remove them from the case.
Via the INKBIRD app - INT-14-BW - select the corresponding probe - delete the probe - then re-add it. Reinsert the probe into its designated charging slot, where it will initiate pairing.
