Probe 1 keeps Disconnecting mid cook

So just got the 4 probe set. Probe one keeps disconnecting. Base is near the grill. I’m maybe 20’ from the grill. It’s on WiFi and Bluetooth. Any remedies or is this maybe a bad probe?

Sorry for the delayed response due to a busy schedule.
Here are some tips for using the INT-14-BW:

  1. When cooking, please make sure that the stainless steel part of the probe is completely inserted into the meat, reaching or exceeding the meat scale. Please note that the probe should not protrude from the meat.
  2. The probe should not come into direct contact with the oven, grill or heat source.
  3. If only one probe is offline, please delete the probe via the app, then place the probe back into the corresponding charging slot to re-add it.
