I have an issue with my new set. I have set it up correctly, done the reset and had it in and out of the case to reconnect but it keeps happening.
The issue is, that after connecting the probe to the case (verified in the app), I put it in some meat and then the probe disconnects from the case within 1 minute. The case is within 1 meter of the probe and this happens whether it’s inside or outside of the smoker, the case is open or closed and yes they are both fully charged.

Please ensure that the stainless steel probe is fully inserted into the meat and reaches the scale line when cooking. Please make sure the probe does not come out from the meat. Otherwise, the high oven temperature may damage it.
Please also note that the meat is not wrapped in tin foil, otherwise it will affect the Bluetooth signal.
If you place the probe next to the charging case, will it also disconnect?
I noticed you mentioned resetting the device, just to confirm, did you follow the steps below?
Place the probe in or next to the charging case.
Press and hold the button on the charging case for 30 seconds. Do not release the button even if the red and green lights come on.
After holding the button for the full 30 seconds, release it. The green indicator light will turn on briefly and then go off.
Please wait for 15 seconds, the charging case may make a ‘beep’ sound and flash the green indicator several times then off.
