Number 1 probe continues to have a flashing symbol on the base screen. Any idea how to fix this?

Just to confirm, when Number 1 probe is flashing on the screen, does it show offline in the app?
If yes, please delete Probe #1 through the app and put it back in the charging #1 slot, it will re-pair.
Also, if Probe 1 has been used before, please make sure its stainless steel probe is fully inserted into the meat and reaches the scale line, otherwise it may be damaged by excessive use temperature.
If the problem still cannot be solved, please insert Probe #2 into the charging slot of Probe #1, does it show charging status? If so, this can help us confirm that the charging slot of Probe #1 is normal. The problem may be from Probe #1.
