This is purely a visual issue for me as they are both still transmitting data, I just don’t like opening my app and seeing half the devices online and the other half greyed out. Is there a solution to this? They were all working about 6 months ago then I stopped looking at the app for the winter and now that we’re getting set up again I’ve noticed the issue.

Will the sensor readings showing gray font be updated in real time? Are they not offline?
If yes, please provide your country, phone model, and IBS-M1 ID to email support@inkbird.com so that engineers can check the problem.
The device ID of IBS-M1 can be viewed and copied through the ‘…’ in the upper right corner.
