Calibration set in app not reflected on the sensor display.

Are you using the INKBIRD app or the Engbird app?
In the app display, are the settings saved and applied to the real-time readings?
Is it possible to provide the phone model, order information, and a video of the problem to the email support@inkbird.com?

tried that, email complained file was too large.
