Hello, my unit no longer functions. The heating output always has power even on the cooling cycle ! This has resulted in my wine room to have heated up to 92 deg.
Some of my wine has spoiled.
Here are my settings which I have not touched, SV at 55, CD at 2, HD at 2, so my range of temp. should have stay approx. between 53 and 57.
The unit seemed to have worked fine for a while, but is not robust enough to stay reliable.
Hello,
Sorry to hear that.
Here are some further troubleshooting tips, please check the heater and cooler Wattage Requirements:
ITC-308 models support 100V-240V AC, 10A max.
The power of the heater and cooler must match the ITC-308’s output.
Example: At a power supply voltage of 110V, the ITC-308 models support a maximum of 110V, 10A, 1100W devices.
Test Instructions:
Ensure the heater is properly connected to the ITC-308 models.
Unplug the controller.
Hold the ‘SET’ button.
Plug the controller to power on, then release the ‘SET’ button.
Quickly press the ‘down’ button. The cooling indicator light and cooling output will be on. Is the heater working?
This method will reset the controller, and it can also help us check if there is a problem with the outputs.
What should happen:
When the cooling indicator light is on, the heating output will not work.
