ITC 308 - All LEDS flashing and the light plugged into the unit is also powering on/off

Today I found my unit (ITC-308) flashing and making a clicking sound. Every LED on the display is flashing and the heat lamp that is plugged into the unit is flashing as well. The clicking is probably the sound of the unit being powered on and off.
It has worked for about 2 years with no issues in the past.

Any thoughts/recommendations on this problem?

Please make sure that the ITC-308 plug/socket/body does not touch water/condensation.
The power of the devices used is in the range of 100-240V, 10A.
