Q: The screen display of ITC-308 is stuck on the CD page, and it is not resolved after power-on the device, and can not enter the setting mode by pressing the SET button

A: Could you please try the following steps:

  1. loosen screws on the back of ITC-308 a little, then unplug the ITC-308

  2. press the ‘set’ button (don’ t loosen it till power up)

  3. plug the ITC-308

  4. It will enter test mode, please press ‘up’ or ‘down’ button, the heating and cooling lights will alternately lit and extinguish.

  5. unplug and re-plug the ITC-308 (do not need to press ‘set’ button), it will enter normal mode.

Didn’t work for me.

My unit displays “Hd 12.0” and a couple of the LCD elements flicker.

I cannot get rid of this.
