It keeps asking me to accept the terms and conditions but then it doesn’t give me message about why I’m not signed in.

I sent an email and tech support fixed it. This appears to be a common problem from looking at message boards.
My ITC-308 keeps turning off, or at least the display does. Is this a setting?

If the ITC-308 remains powered on, its screen will remain on.
Please make sure the ITC-308 plug is not loose.
Maybe you could plug it into a different power outlet to test?
