Have an itc 308 WiFi and can’t get it to switch to setup mode or get the WiFi light to illuminate

Hello,
Please press and hold the ‘Up’ button of ITC-308-WIFI for 3 seconds until the PV displays ‘APP’ and then let go. After a few seconds, its WIFI indicator light will flash.
Can it work?
