I purchased the Inkbird INT-11P-B and after 12 months and 2 weeks it is dead.
Perhaps I expect too much, but 2 weeks out of warranty?
I could get used to living with errors such as “probe is offline” etc. and having to reconnect.
I have been through the procedure of rebooting the device as posted by moderator Tania on this forum, but unfortunately all to no avail. App intermittingly shows devices as either connected or disconnected and both are showing a charge of 0%. Have tried different cables and adapters. In conclusion the device can no longer be used.
Hello,
If the charging case of INT-11P-B cannot be charged, is it possible to use a computer to charge it? Because the voltage of the computer power supply is relatively small, it may be able to charge successfully.
If INT-11P-B still cannot charge, please provide your order information, problem video, and problem description to the email support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.
Since forum posts are public, these may involve private information, please do not reply here.
Thanks.
Hello again Tania
Thank you for your reply. I emailed the requested information as you suggested to “support@inkbird.com” on the 22 May 2025, but as yet have received no reply. Is this normal may I ask?
