Hi
I have tried everything thing to get this product to hold a charge including charging from a computer and turning it off to charge and the product doesn’t hold a charge. This is the second one I have purchased same issue.
I have now read all the other posts with similar issues. This product is clearly faulty the only way I can use this product is to have it permanently attached to a charger.
I think inkbird should offer to replace all faulty items
