Hello,
Please place the probe next to the charging case, please press and hold the button of the charging case for 10 seconds, the charging case will alternately display green and red indicator lights, please wait 60 seconds, the charging case will re-connect with the probe.
Will the ambient temperature be displayed?
If not, please provide the link to this post, order information, and a screenshot of the ambient temperature probe reading to email support@inkbird.com for after-sales service.
