Ambient temperature disappears so now and then. Anyone an idea how to solve this?

May I know if this is your first time using it?
Please make sure the probe is fully inserted into the probe port.
If you plug another probe into the same port and test it, will it keep the temperature display?
This can help us check if the problem occurs with the probe or port.
