IBT26S Bluetooth failure

Hi,

Just received my Inkbird ibt 26s. Try to connect via the inkbird app. Doesn’t work at all… It appears in the app, but when I click the power button nothing happens. Did all the suggestions. Restart phone, delete and reinstall app, no other Bluetooth devices connected. WiFi on, wifi off. Tried several other apps, doesn’t work either. Doesn’t work on Pixel 6 and Samsung running Android 13…Without connection this device is useless for me.

I think it’s a faulty device.The power button always reset the device when clicking it. So I can’t create a Bluetooth connection. Returned it.
