Cook Time Left been in Estimating for 7 hours

Hi people.

I have the 14s-BW first time using and i cannot get the cook time remaining to work.

On a smoker @120C cooking pork butt.

Been steady temp. Wifi and Bluetooth are full but the cook time is stuck estimating.

Reset the device and app. Did a new cooking program and still thr same. Any ideas?

Hello,
The remaining cooking time display requires the following two conditions to be met:

  1. The phone must remain on the page displaying the remaining cooking time (i.e., the screenshot you provided). It cannot be exited to the INKBIRD app homepage. Otherwise, re-entering this page will reset the timer.

  2. After opening the page displaying the remaining cooking time, the probe’s latest temperature must be more than 6°C higher than when the page was opened. If the temperature does not change, or the change is small, it will not be able to calculate.
