ISC-027BW - What does this mean in the app?

Hi, love my ISC-027BW. I know that has something to do with time left in the cook time but how do I read it. See pic please.

Hello,
It is a viewable view of how far the current temperature is from the target temperature. Please understand that it does not have a function to predict the remaining time.

Thanks, so it is just a graphic that gets smaller as the cook goes on. THat is what I thought but I wanted to make sure. THANKS!
