Brand New INT-21-B Probe Will Not Pair or Charge

Hi,

Wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue with a brand new device

Contacts are clean and base is on. Everything is brand new.

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure the probe is charging in the correct orientation:
    Ensure the probe is correctly oriented and positioned in the charging case.
    Check that the charging contacts on the probe and charging case are clean and free of dust or oil.

  2. Reset the connection:
    Place the probe next to or inside the charging case.
    Press and hold the button on the charging case for 30 seconds to reset the connection.
    Release the button after 30 seconds.
    This will reset the device. After resetting, will it restore the connection?
