My order arrived correctly Inkbird 11S-B, but unfortunately, when I plugged in the charging cable, the LED doesn’t light up or flash. Even pressing the button on the back doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried changing the cable or power supply and removing and reinserting the probe, but to no avail. What should I do?

May I know the charger’s specifications? For example, is it a fast charger?
Since some chargers have output voltages exceeding the INT-11S-B limit (5V 1A), perhaps you could test it by using your computer’s output voltage? Computer output voltages are generally lower, and if it can successfully supply power, this will provide clues for troubleshooting.
