Have had the device for ages never got it to wok properly decided one last attempt. First issue is failure to connect to wifi. The wifi icon not flashing there appears to be no wifi on the device. Any ideas.

Please press and hold the WIFI touch button of ISC-007BW for 5 seconds. Will the WIFI indicator light flash?
Since the brightness of the WIFI indicator light is relatively small, please do not test it in a strong light environment, as it may not be visible clearly.
