when i powerd up, the status indicator light flashes red green,
i can connect it with app, its says after the settings paring is succesfull
when i open the inkbird ISC-027BC it says offfline and see no temp

Please note that ISC-027BW has 2 indicators.
The WIFI indicator is blue. It indicates the WIFI status.
The status indicator is red or green. It indicates the fan status.
May I know if you are using Bluetooth or WIFI connection? Is the blue WIFI indicator of ISC-027BW always on?

the status indicator blinks red then green per 1 sec,
after good connection with the wifi the wifi indicator light is blue
Could you please send your order information, issue video, and the device ID of ISC-027BW to the email address support@inkbird.com.
Please note that the device ID can only be viewed when the device is connected to WiFi.
