Long story short I reinstalled my inkbird app (apparently there isn’t an inkbird pro app anymore?). When I tried to log in, it gave me the user is not registered alert. I went on the inkbird site and created a new account. Still get the same message, not sure what is going on.

Please understand that due to some technical reasons, the account information of INKBIRD pro app is not common with INKBIRD app. If you switch to INKBIRD app, please re-register your account in INKBIRD app.
