I don’t know what version I have because I can’t log in to the app. When I try to create a new account it says I already have one. When I try to log in it says “Account or password incorrect. When I ry the Forgot Password function I enter my mobile number or email address and it asked me for my password! The hardware is great but the app is useless.

When using Forgot Password, please enter a new password, and then it will send a verification code to your email. After entering the verification code into the app, your account will be able to log in with the new password.
