In the Inkbird app the device shows as online and it is reporting the current temperature reading. However, when I try to pull up the temperature trend chart I get a “The request timed out” message. I can’t see any of the temperature trends from the past couple days, even though I checked it frequently during that time and it was working. Has anyone else experienced this? If I disconnect and reconnect the controller to the app, will it wipe the data from the last couple days?
I have exactly the same issue. Both on ITC-308-Wifi and IHC-200-Wifi. No history data showing up. Started a few of days ago
