Hi. I’m new in using the Inkbird products. I’ve a problem when loading historical data using Inkbird apps, it stuck at 50%. Try to clear cache & remove the battery but still stuck at 50%. Then try using the Engbird apps and have no issue when extracting data. Does the model IBS-TH2 not compatible with Inkbird app?
Note: I’m using android OS.

Are you using the latest version of INKBIRD app?
Perhaps you could provide the phone model and screen recording of the problem to email support@inkbird.com?
