My sous vide ISV-101W is not connecting

Hi,

I have ISV-101W sous vide. It was connected to my phone and paired successfully. Suddenly, it stopped connecting to the wifi. I tried to pair it again by entering it to pairing mode, but it failed. I tried using Iphone, ipad, android phone. The same issue exists. I can’t detect the device through bluetooth. I uninstalled the app many times. Checked the permissions for the app on each phone, but also the same problem. Also, I check using two different routers, and checked using the hotspot method with two phones. How can I do reset this sous vide. I also tried to login using another account also, but also failed to connect

Please check if there is an offline ISV-101W on the INKBIRD app homepage?
If yes, please delete it and reconnect it.
If it still doesn’t work, could you provide a video on how to connect the device, and order information to email support@inkbird.com?
