The share for today is not for the steak but for the sauce aside from the steak, it’s my favorite one - Garlic Mushroom. It tastes great on pretty much-serving anything.
- Using the pan that we use to brown the steak, melt the butter with medium heat and add the mushrooms, cook until the color turns golden or brown.
- Stir the garlic in and wait for it turns soft, using the wine to scrape up bits of brown, and stir in the cream with simmer till it turns to thicken.
