Itc106vh Alarm Settings

New itc106vh is set up and working OK to control my smoker, except for the alarm. The alarm is desired to signal if 15 degrees high or 10 degrees low of SV. Initially it was not working at all. Now after trying numerous combinations of alarm values it now won’t turn off. Even after setting the alarm mode to “0” the alarm is still on. Tried setting the deviation values to zero, no help. Please offer suggestions to get the alarm working? Thank you.

Hello,
Could you please check if the alarm settings are correct?
Please refer to:
HiAL: alarm when measured value is larger than HiAL (PV>HiAL).
LoAL: alarm when measured value is smaller than LoAL (PV<LoAL).
dHAL: alarm when plus deviation is larger than dHAL (PV>SV+dHAL).
dLAL: alarm when minus deviation is smaller than dLAL (PV<SV-dLAL).

Thank you for your reply. However, I finally figured it out. It would save time and reduce frustration if several examples of how to set up alarms for a couple of applications would be included along with the instruction manual. Say for a meat smoker and for brewing. Thank you for considering this.
