ITC 308 Alarm Beeping

My ITC 308 alarm keeps going off when temp gets to low. How do I control that from always going off 2 or 3 times a day

Hello,
When the ITC-308 triggers the alarm, does it display an alarm code? Is it AL?
If yes, please set the AL value lower.
Please note that the AH is alarm high limit function, AL is an alarm low limit, they are separate from temperature control range.
The AH and AL means, when the temperature reaches/ above AH, or temperature reaches/ below AL, it will alarm.
