Itc-308 outdoor wood boiler

Hello all new to the community and to the itc 308 I’m wondering what’s the easiest way to set this up I want to use only the heat output side of the itc to power up a 120v solenoid on my outdoor boiler . I want set temp of 190 deg . With 10deg difference when water cools to 180 deg itc triggers heat relay wired to stove. when I hit 190 deg kill the power . Sounds simple but with all the settings what do I set everything to? Thanks for the input

Hello,
ITC-308 is an on/off controller that maintains a temperature range.
Please understand that: TS is the temperature setting value, HD is the heating difference value, CD is the cooling difference value.
The principle of the ITC-308 is: when the temperature reaches or below TS (temperature setting value) - HD (heating difference value), it will turn on the heating output, and then turn off at TS.
When the temperature reaches or above TS + CD (cooling difference value), it will turn on the cooling output, and then turn off at TS.
If you want to maintain the heating output temperature range 180F~190F, please set TS=190, HD=10.

Yes thank you for reaching out , that’s what I thought . In reality I’m only going to use one half the functions of the itc-308, wiring a solenoid and a blower to the heating side . Not using any of the cooling functions. It’s only going to be used to maintain the 10 deg difference between my two set points . Thanks Mark
