Hello I have a ITC-306T work light is on but is not getting power at the plugins
Hello,
If the ITC-306T outlet isn’t turning on, please check the heater wattage: ITC-306 models support 100V-240V AC, 10A max. Heater’s voltage/wattage must match the ITC-306’s output.
If the heater exceeds the limit, it will cause damage to the ITC-306T output.
Example: At a power supply voltage of 110V, the ITC-306 models supports a maximum of 110V, 10A, 1100W devices.
Additional Notes:
- If your heater has a physical dial/button labeled “Thermostat” or “Temperature Control,” it likely has a built-in thermostat. Please set the heater’s built-in thermostat to maximum. Otherwise, it may conflict with the ITC-306’s control.
- If your heater has a physical power switch (e.g., “On/Off” button), leave it permanently “On” and let the ITC-306 control it. If the heater needs to be turned on manually each time it is powered on, please understand that it will not work with the ITC-306 models.
If the heater meets the above requirements, please following the troubleshooting test, which will enter test mode:
- Unplug the controller.
- Hold the ‘SET’ button
- Plug the controller to power on, then release the ‘SET’ button
- Quickly press the ‘up’ button, please do not press the ‘down’ button.
What should happen: The work indicator light should turn on. The heating output should activate and provide power to the heater.
This can further verify the working condition of the ITC-306T output.
