I replaced an ISV-100W with a new ISV-300W.
The new unit simply doesn’t work: I filled the container with water at 26°C , and set the target to 44ºC.
Immediately the temperature measured raised to 45, which is impossible. Now the pump is starting and stopping continuously, with the temperature oscillating from 44 to 45. Measuring the water with another probe I see it’s around 38°C.
Any idea other than asking for my money back?
The ISV-100W was perfectly precise, this newer model seems to be crappy.
Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response due to a busy schedule.
If there are significant fluctuations in temperature, please check whether the water circulation of the ISV-300W is functioning properly (e.g., whether the water blades are rotating). Please also check the material of the container. If the container has good insulation properties, this may also cause the issue.
The ISV-300W comes with a warranty period. If the issue persists, please send a short video of the problem and your order information to support@inkbird.com, and they will provide after-sales service.
