MY ISV-100W is showing a temp that is much warmer than the actual water temp. The sous vide is set to 131 and rapidly varies from ~131-145 The water temp is around ~110.
I’ve never had this issue before and have used the sous vide numerous times since purchase in 2024.
How do I fix it?

It may be caused by one of these reasons.
The water circulation is not working, causing the temperature deviation. Please check if the water circulation is working properly. If it is not working, remove the stainless steel cylinder, tighten the screw at the bottom of the water jet, and then test it in water.
The probe reading is incorrect, or its position in the container is inappropriate. Try testing it in more temperature scenarios; are the readings accurate?
