I got my ISV 100 brand new today and I tried to cook a cut to celebrate but when I plugged it in it wasn’t circulating the water and the temperature changed 5 degrees in a hour, is there anything I can do to fix it

Is the status of ISV-100W showing “Run”?
If the water circulation does not work, please gently remove the plastic bottom cover at the bottom and check whether the screws of the water blade are loose/whether the shaft of the water blade is offset and touches the stainless steel cylinder.
If the screw is loose, please tighten the screw.
