ISC-027BW does not connect

A newly purchased ISC-027BW does not connect.

Locations services enabled
Bluetooth on iPhone is on
iPhone is connected to 2.4G wifi network and is in the signal range

when I connect ISC-027BW to power, both Status and WiFi lights start blinking fast

When I try to connect through wifi or through bluetooth, after a while there is a message “no device found”

Please be aware that the ISC-027BW imposes certain limitations on mobile phone and router configurations.
Please ensure all permissions for the INKBIRD app are enabled within your mobile device’s settings.
Please ensure the mobile device’s location services are enabled.

First of all, please ensure that the INKBIRD WIFI product is placed within the 2.4GHz wifi signal range. Please keep the product as close as possible to the 2.4GHz wifi router. (INKBIRD WIFI products do not support 5GHz wifi.) Please note that the WIFI signal may be affected by obstacles such as doors/walls/windows.
