I just purchased and went through the WiFi setup as well as the Bluetooth and have the save outcome. I plugged in the probes and immediately receive the High Temp Alert for 572 degrees. I am in the house and the probes are room temperature.
Is it defective out of the box? Any suggestions?
Mine overshoots temp randomly by as much as 60 degree. Not impressed so far.

Maybe you can test by inserting another probe into the oven port, will it also read 572F?
