I do not seem to be getting any data on the graphs. Anyone experienced this and know how to resolve?

Please first check if the probe readings are updating in real time.
If the ISC-007BW is connected via Bluetooth, please make sure your phone is within Bluetooth range.
If the ISC-007BW is connected via Wi-Fi, please ensure that the ISC-007BW is online and maintaining a Wi-Fi connection.
If the connection is confirmed to be working properly, please send your country, phone model, and the ISC-007BW’s device ID (which requires a Wi-Fi connection to obtain) to email support@inkbird.com. This may require further investigation by the technical team.
