IBbq-4bw graph not showing

I cannot get either off my ibbq-4bw to record the graph. I’ve updated and tried on two different devices

Hello,
If the graph fails to load, please check the following initially:

  1. Is the INKBIRD app the latest version? Please do not use the discontinued INKBIRD pro app/ INKBIRD smart app.

  2. Is the device connection stable? If using Bluetooth, please place your phone next to the device. If using Wi-Fi, please place the device next to the router. This can help rule out signal instability.

  3. If the graph still has no data, please provide your country, a screenshot of the chart, your phone model, and device ID (which needs to be connected to Wi-Fi to view) to support@inkbird.com for further investigation.

thanks I didn’t know there was a new app. Seems to be working fine and happy it allows me to add both thermometers on one app.
