I’d like to calibrate my new 306 with ice water, and was wondering if the probe could handle that. I want to calibrate every once in a while just to be sure everything’s working good. Can I do that with the 306?

The ITC-306T’s probe is waterproof and it can detect temperatures from -50 to 99 °C / -58 to 210 °F.
