INT-12E-BW probes won’t connect

Got my INT-12E-BW the other day, first time using and can’t get the probes to go online. The device is indicating that the probes are in the connecting/pairing process, but that has been going on for some time now (the probes are in the unit). I charged the unit completely before trying to use it. I have tried restarting the unit, and forgetting and reinstalling the unit, to no avail. Update - while waiting for a response, I tried getting the device to forget one probe and then re-pairing it. Didn’t work - it won’t re-pair. Kept unit and phone close to router, so no connection issues.

Forget it. I’m sending it back. Crap stuff.
