Metal probe and plastic probe are IP68 waterproof.
The metal probe is stainless steel food grade, it can directly contact food.
The plastic probe is fully covered by plastic, which is more suitable for aquatic environment. It is not food grade. Therefore, we do not recommend that it directly contact food.
